Yes, just once in a while I convert a file from youtube to Mp3 using the site https://ytmp3.cc/uu9cc/. This was never a problem in the past. To check if it was only that file, I tested other youtube files, and the same occured on every time.

To check if it was a problem on that site only, I discovered another site which does the same, and also there it produced the same issue.

The mp3('s) can be played in VLC Media Player, but not in Windows Media Player. When I try to convert it with code to .wav , I get a error message saying there are different frame rates in the file(s). I managed to convert it to .wav somewhere online though, and then back to .mp3 which solved the problem. Very strange.

Thanks for the answer. Indeed some MP3 files miss the Audio Header which contains information about the Artist, Song, Genre, Album,....
I want to know if I can add this header with C# code.
