I explain you in details,
i used system.windows.forms.timer ,
"OUTPROCESS" is hard coded becoz this application is server and when server receives this string from client the flag is set to 1 and need to change label text.
i need blinking label to get user attention becoz if client is busy in doing some task
user(server) is not allowed to send data. thats why i did this type of coding becoz this exactly is my requirement

i found solution to this problem by following line,

for all rows checkboxex when i check any box at that time in cellClick event it gets null value (i.e no box checked), and then i checkd another box in cellclick event it gets previously checked box rows's value.

I am adding first coloum as dgvchekbox and last as dgvbutton and between these binding data from table . so found this only one way to bind data.

No errors in procedures when i execute it from managment studio it executes without errors but from program it not added to database->programmability->stored procedure

I remove go and all now program run succsessfully but procedures not added to database

it works for some procedures but shows error for some "incorrect syntax near GO" , but all procedures does fine job.

I cannot add table to database because its others database i dont have write to access modify or add table to it

I found answer by using decimal class . as

decimal due = (decimal)Math.Round(Convert.ToDecimal(totq), 4);
totq = due.ToString("0.000");

the value is unknown to me its comes out from database it should be atleast four digit ,
is their any regex expression for this .

Actually the supplied value is not set in name object because combobox doesnt supply value with selectedText property when i used "selected value" property it gets proper values.

I think dnshostentry will get all clients identification(host names) and I sort one client by his hostname. Now it is working.

server getting data from one client and again server will decide where to send this data. not a client .

Actually device is first client in my case it cannot tells server to send this to client2 . only server have to send data which is in string format to client2 ip.

But one from my colleague already made telnet server by embedded programming and my machine successfully connect with his server but as my app works on cmd.exe i want to execute it after connected on his server. Because when he scans barcode the number appears on server window i want to capture this in my program and show output on that server window.

when device scans barocde of any product ,on telnet server window i.e (telnet 192.168.x.x 23) barcode number appears like XE0318992 and i have to capture this string and show details of product related to this barcode on the same server window. this console app exactly do this task but now i manually passing barcode number because now i am able to run this app on visual studio command prompt and cmd.exe but when i get barcode number after scanning device i have to receive it from telnet server window . so i want the way how to capture barcode number in this program from telnet window and show output on same.

I have added code of what I want to run . I manually enter code and then all three methods run and shows output without pressing enter. currently when I press enter button all methods run . but this program is running on server automatically later on so I want method which press actual enter button.
