yes it is ok but I am work on graduation project and I will discuss it after 3 months .the problem that my doctors will asked me about this question what can I answer I can solve it manually but the novice user can not
and I am not focus just on whatsapp it example of apps are working in background

my users use 3G to login to the service which is very expensive

this just from the side which you look.
but for me it is not wrong because the app used by novice users whom can not stop the work of other apps but for expert users is not problem I have used app I thought its name was Droid it can hold the internet of any app whatsapp youtube fb what ever

my app is for Taxi drivers and their customers
the drivers receive the request any time their app is on
and it is the time to work not time to chatting

Hey brother do not miss understand me
just to Know that it is necessray. my app work more than 8 hours dayly in no need for other apps work.
and the bad part which those apps spend my balance in no need as I mentioned above.
