I tried by adding this line of code after the #include
#pragma code_page(1251)
to read the rc file inside the string table in Russian format
but still no change in the generated dll

I tried it but the generated dll doesn't match the required which should be gnerated through the application I use and not working in my case is there any tool that support unicode when generating dll from rc file
