I am glad to see we can finally leave emotional issues behind. Next time please express your opinions about my communications privately. However, I still want the whole question removed.
I will develop an extension for this and share it on Codeproject once I have time for it. Just to let you know.

You consider such answers arrogant? Ok, talking about my past success is kinda arrogant, but I also said "I definitely know I am way too less than a good programmer". What about you being the cop of appropriateness?: "this forum is not the code-finding or service or a service for development code on request. Here, we only answer questions." What does "here, we only answer questions" mean? I take that as a "you kid should first learn the stuff and come back later". However, I answered your comment way much kindly than I should have and asked your advice: "I am sorry if my question was irrelevant. Don't get me wrong, I read articles on Codeproject almost everyday, but I didn't realize that asking this kind of a question would be considered as something reducing the content quality. I mean, you also talk about products' features here don't you? I was just nervous to see Visual Studio not providing such simple features (like I asked for an appropriate revision control system before). I would be very pleased if you could advise me where to find or ask this.
Regards"
but did you dare answer? No.
And no, I am not trying to make you feel guilty, this is not sentiment, your answers make me look like a fool, and I remind you, this is a public community. You may consider me arrogant, childish, demonstrating extreme weakness, unable to control my emotions, but you have no right to humiliate by addressing me like that here. This is not the first time you do this..
And no, I did not pretend that you didn't answer. What I said you didn't answer is my comment (which I had posted after your "solution"), not the topmost question. Also, about your solution; "By the reasons I've explained, I think the most adequate advice would be just this". What reason? You didn't state any reason, you just said I shouldn't have asked it.. That solution was just giving me the run-around. Lastly, if you see my question as whining, then I urge you to reconsider who's the kid here. Just remove your "solution" so I can remove the question completely. This far, no further..

To be precise, I am not talking about your answer to my question about revision control systems, I actually appreciated your help there. But the rest of your answers are aggressive. I admit, my questions were sometimes not clear, that's because I'm not a native English speaker. They may still not be clear as well. This is something we argued on earlier and now I see that the fact that I am not a native speaker was obvious there. I see a lot of messed up questions on developer networks everyday but I also see people trying to help them. They don't blame each other for their misleading questions. Just saying.

Ok so you just tell me my question is irrelevant and disappear, leaving my comment unanswered. I am tired of your aggressive answers, whenever I ask something you tell me I ask wrong. If highlighting color usages is irrelevant, than what's this?: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/164048/Color-Highlighting-in-Visual-Studio-XAML-page-usin
Your answers make me look like a stupid kid wandering around codeproject and thanks to your "solution" submitted, I cannot delete my question. In case you wonder, I am not a kid, I won prizes at 3 global innovation competitions but I definitely know I am way too less than a good programmer. That's why I ask: to learn.
I just asked a simple question and somehow you decided that it's not supposed to be here, also preventing me from removing it. I thought I was very clear about how sorry I am for reducing the quality but now I realize I was a damn fool.
Next time you see me asking something, PLEASE don't answer!

Thanks for your advice. I read your past answer, and I absolutely think the same about open source solutions. They are far more reliable. But the problem is that in order to use open source revision control programs, if I'm not mistaken, I need to have my own server (or rental, whatever). I do have one but it's too slow and I really don't trust the company that I rented my server machine (it was not my fault, I would have chosen Azure if the choice were mine.. and my budget does not allow me to rent one right now). That's why I said I prefer Microsoft products or Github.
You also suggested Git, but most of my files I don't want to share to public, and Git asks me to pay in order to store my projects privately. If you have any suggestions about it, please let me know.

I'm sorry I'm late in responding, I was really too busy novadays :). Another problem had occured about Visual Studio designer before to me. As you told, I could be able to fix it by recreating project. But this time, it didn't work :(. Even if "bringtofront" works, their parent is still the base panel. It must be the inside panel. Anyway, thanks for helping. It looks like I'll have to continue adding my controls via code.
I would be pleased if you can check this out, maybe you can see a mistake of me. This is the library project:

Note that you can find something ridiculous becouse of I tried lots of changes in code :)
Thanks for helping. Have a nice day :)

Actually, I've written the comment which starts with "If you still want to understand my question" without seeing your answer, so please don't misunderstand me. I've tried using "me" instead of "mybase"(I already use "me" normally, but it did not make any sense. You can see what I mean by "a friend told me" here:
http://www.codeproject.com/Questions/795429/Control-Created-event?arn=0
).
I did not say I'm a professional, I just said I'm not a beginner, and this is a simple question about a problem of Visual Studio's designer. Doesn't have to have complex code or professionality. I've just written a simple class and I don't think I have to read books to learn everything about classes just to make a simple scroll panel. I've asked another question just a few days ago, same thing happened, you asked me what I exactly mean by panel, but another man told me a possible solution, it helped. Just like what here happened. I think you should try to think, "what he would be talking about by saying this?.." instead of "This is incomplete, what panel, what class etc.". Seriously, this is a friendly advice, not dissing.
Being met to some developers of 25 years of experience and they still can't program doesn't mean you can underestimate and think everyone as the same, and people doesn't have to be experienced to be able to get help of you. This is ridiculous. Why do I ask such a simple question if I'm a professional?

Thanks for telling me how to use a forum :P Do you get all points like this? This is not a helpful comment. You only underestimate me. If you know something, try help me, in a forum, what you're supposed to do is this. You could tell me what you didn't understand, don't tell me question is incomplete. I'm not a beginner, I've been programming for 5 years so I know basics.. Try understand question before writing a comment.

Actually, I'm trying to make a panel that has a different vertical scroll control. Becouse '.Net' s scroll is too big for some applications, also not pretty. I know I can make it by coding for each panel I use, or I can also make a function that automatically adds a panel. I already use it. But I wanted to be able to add my panel by a drag-drop from toolbox :). It's almost all working correctly. Basically, there's a panel inside of a parent panel. Panel holds all the controls that user may add. Parent panel holds the panel I've told, and a control which scrolls the panel inside(this control is 'kg' in my questions code block). Reason of adding all controls in a panel inside is, when I tried a for loop that moves all the controls by scrolls move, it worked too slowly and lagged the computer becouse of too much process(when panel has hundreds of controls). Anyway the problem is, when I add a control in panel via designer, it's correctly added. But when I build application, weirdly the control goes to behind of the panel, then control's parent is changed to the panel that holds the other panel.
Here you can see, before build:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/9fl4nnt3kbd2cq0/before%20build.PNG
After build:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/5dj9uvqdnlnccd1/after%20build.PNG
How can I prevent this happen?
Thanks for helping.

The pnl panel is a part of my control, so I use it in main events of scrollpanel. So I think it would be easier to define it in class. But I add the other controls which can change in time like you've showed to me. Thank you

When you add a label, it does a draw function as every visible object. Bitmap was not my idea, I asked for best option, what i wonder is: Why labels' graphics are persistent, and being drawed fast, but graphics we draw are not?
Just now, an idea came to my mind. I'll define a list of string, and list of integer
I'll save each messages info in those lists, and use draw function. Or I'll add labels
Which one will use less memory and CPU? Or if you have a better idea, tell me please

I know that would be much easier, i can add labels programmatically, but in VB.Net, a label has a lot of value even you don't use them. If I use labels, for each message string from sql, it will use a lot of strings in memory(tell if i'm wrong). So, I want to use something that wont make problem when hundreds of messages come.

Thanks, but there's a problem;
I did it the way you told me, using a bitmap. But in my code, the bitmap's height gets bigger each step of those loops(reads users messages from sql server), and I have to use g.measurestring() function to get lenght of each message(if message's width is bigger than panel's width, it adds one more line which means more height). The messages can be more than a hundred. Do I have to calculate the lenght of all messages before drawing? Or can I extend the bitmap anyway?
(Sory for late answer)

I've found a code which does what I wanted:
Shell("msiexec -i C:\Users\user\Desktop\SqlLocalDB.msi /quiet AGREETOLICENSE=True", AppWinStyle.Hide, True)
This works correctly with other setups, but unfortunately, didn't work for sqllocaldb setup.
Could you try this? I would like to know where problem is..
