Can you please clearly define your second table...Rows in second table are inconsistent. You can use Improve Question widget to edit your question.

Solution will give a wrong result if substring of other name is same as the name you are looking for eg: if 'Jordan' name exist in table instead of dan it will still give you the output

Yup you are right there might be a case where first row is much larger than 1.

you can use backup/restore option.
You can take a backup of your server database and restore it on local.
