forms.

There is no table control in win forms. Can you show what have you tried so far? Also what do you want to do with that table? Are you trying to create DataGridView control dynamically?

Sorry to say but one cannot write whole form's code for you. Go ahead, create forms, write code and meanwhile if you face any issues or errors, let others know.

You mean notifying HTML page via some trigger in SQL server? I have not seen anyone doing that! I can imagine doing it with ajax timer and update panel, not otherwise. For binding list you can use asp.net BulletedList control.

What are you trying to achieve exactly. Even if you just want to display querystrings, this code is huge than required. That makes me feel, you are trying to do something else.

Also, you should be adding only one radio button per row and not radiobuttonlist.

No. If you put it inside Gridview, you can not access it by its ID in code behind. You have to use findConrol method.

1. Get data from .dbf file using C# (this is possible with Oledb)
2. Put data back into your SQL table (as usual)

Instead of using built-in paging feature in Gridview, write a custom pagination logic that will fetch only few rows of data from database according to current page number. SqlDataAdapter.Fill() method has an overload which takes startRecord and maxRecords parameters and allows you to select specific rows from SQL table. So if user clicks on page#2 of gridview, you pass (page_num - 1) * page_size as a startRecord of new result set.
This is unlike built-in paging feature in which you have to rebind whole grid everytime user select different page from pager.

You have to mention type as Order in ToArray<>() method. Currently you have written sc_order. It should be ToArray<order>().

Why can't you just hardcode it using textblock in xaml source itself, just above where listbox starts!?

I have a strong doubt how you are able to pass username and password (???) through query string. I cannot imagine any website accepting login credentials thought query strings.

You wont be implementing what's shown in article as is. I shared that link to make you understand the logic of how you could do it. Basic flow goes like this:
1. Make ajax request to webmethod.
2. Your webmethod will have code for fetching items from database.
3. Once ajax request succeeds, you bind these items to your dropdownlist from javascript.

Dipali, why don't you do this with ajax because thats the only way how you would do it on client side. Check this article: http://dotnetprof.blogspot.in/2012/12/auto-complete-textbox-using-jquery.html , although it shows auto-completer, you can use most of the code logic as is. Difference would be to bind response items to dropdown list once the ajax request is completed.
