Its working partially...In firefox the alert will automatically closed and page redirect to ma specified url..but in chrome the alert will showing indefinitly..It will close whenvr clicking on alert box.and control redirect to specified url at the clicking time.

Sory to say...Your first link is utter waste..It not fetch url from browser history...it fetch from u r alredy created varaible....second link gv some information regrding these..but i dnt get propr answr

ya,sure..i want to find or accessing controls from a web method..in normal case it is easy to find out..but in web methods, i think it somewhat complex...

hi friend,i think you are mistaken... i want to call page controls from web methods..not from normal c# methods..i will try different alternatives...but i unlucky...web methods s a static method ...thats the problem..
