The website is an example and does not need anything more than a few textboxes which must change after a new json file is sent to the website and the website of course is refreched.

Yes, there are plenty of examples but no working ones.
I do not see why the question is to vague. What is simpler than this question, a bit of html and a json that changes the content of that html.

The json will be send by a computer program and the website should show the result.
The most simple website and json file is okay for me.
I found a lot of stuff about this but nowhere a working example.

Changed the server to the ipaddress. Now i get the exception Sorry, cleartext sessions and weak ciphers are not accepted on this server.; Please reconnect using TLS security mechanisms.

The message is:
Cannot write data to the transport connection.
The external host has closed the connection.
This has nothing to do with something on the computer.
Tried it on 20 computers. Without the kb4517389 update no problem, with this update installed it does not work.

After windows update to 1903 it always throws an exception at the time the stream is disposed.

Only if buff < bufferlength - 1 it throws an exception.

As long as buff is longer or equal then bufferlenght - 1 the filetransfer is okay.
