The answer is gone. We should probably give the member a second chance, as they only joined today, and it seems to be a relatively common mistake for new members.

But... The link looks very suspect to me:

What worries me most is that it isn't a copy-paste - it's a copy, paste, and tweak to hide the origin. There are words changed from the IBM version, and a couple of paragraphs missing between the search text and the code block. And the origin links he gives don't go to IBM at all, but to his site (where it still has no IBM links).
And the IBM version is clearly marked with their copyright.

Yes. I saw those things too.
What convinced me is the code samples however... There would be some common between code samples explaining the same thing (like $(document).ready in jQuery samples), but here it is a simple copy-paste, even sample data is the same, although the common date-format in India isn't the same (for instance)...
I think it is very sad, that someone who apparently has some knowledge turns to plagiarism...
