To add to what Jochen said: We know you plagiarised at least some of the text, so we can't trust that you didn't copy the rest of the article as well. We have a zero tolerance attitude to plagiarism, and that's why you will not be published here.

But the same can be also found at ASP.NET,C#.NET,VB.NET,SQL Server,JQuery,JavaScript,Ajax,Gridview Examples,MVC,WCF,AutoLISP,code snippet examples[^] posted by "Kishore".
Assuming that the last link is the original (dated Dec 2014) it is plagiarised because Kishor would reference his blog.
I left a comment at the article so that the "author" can clarify the situation. Going to report the would be article as plagiarised but not the user so far.
