Um.
I'm not sure he deserves to be here - the post is pretty pointless, but it's not really abuse. I'd say it's his first try at writing code and he's pretty proud that it works. OK, it's a trivial task but that doesn't mean he deserves to be kicked off the site - which is what will happen once the trigger-happy crew wake up!

I'd prefer quiet comment directly to him in the forum myself.

I am seeing this form of spam as comments to a couple of articles today. Search for Body-Buildo. Here is an instance of this kind of spam.
