Hi Expert

Sorry for repost,i want to read MFT table in mfc vc++.I have got two example but these are not use full for me or i am not able to understand these things.Please help me for find the solution.

Please try posting some (not all) of the code you are having trouble with and try to explain what it is that you do not understand. It may also help if you explain what you are trying to do with the information in the MFT.

In that case you do not need MFT, just use the Find File[^] functions to enumerate your file system.

What does this mean, does it fail, produce an error message, miss some files? If you wish people to help then you must explain what you are trying to achieve and what problems you encounter, in detail including error messages and/or status codes.

i am telling fact i am able use find file function.Where i use it's my problem.Only you give me hints where i use?

How i can save DC or CDC in CBitmap??

i'm using following code to save CPaintDC (dc) into CDC(cdc) in OnPaint() function...

cdc=GetWindowDC();
cdc->BitBlt(100,100,600,600,cdc,0,0,SRCCOPY);

& now i want to save CDC in CBitmap file...so i can use it in CImage attach function....i have to use CreateCompatableBitmap function or CreateDIBSection Function or anything else...?? Confused | :confused:

Why not try some of the suggestions you have been offered? Endlessly reposting this question will not change the design of the Windows API, GDI or MFC.

Is called by WinMain, Nish explains you how, in his oldie-goldie article "MFC under the hood".

Hi Everybody,

Now i am creating N-Number of text boxes in a window. But the window showing particular no of textbox. after that the window does not scroll.

Now i need to scroll the window if the textbox is high numbers.

Any help will be appriciated.

I don't know what you are trying to do here, but to answer your question

img.Attach(bmpCap.Detach());
// do some painting with img
bmpCap.Attach(img.Detach());

pBmpOld should be a local variable. Probably img as well.

i'm drawing shapes on CPaintDC dc....then i want to attach those shapes to img...so i can save them... can u please tell me proper steps?
