Again, three protectors (or one staff)?
If we can turn it on relatively quickly, keep it on until the detector picks 'em up, then turn it off "to see what happens" it should help.
How long did it last yesterday after the detector cut in?

An addition to the "Panic Mode" might be handy - while it's active, if you try to post a question, answer, comment, or post it would be handy to have a alert:
"The site is currently in moderation due to external circumstances, so there may be a delay before your message appears. Please do not repost during this period. Do you want to continue?" Just so "normal users" are aware there is a problem and it's not directed at them.

Yet Another Survey Question Idea
Do you completely turn off UAC on your development machine?
Constantly having to acknowledge the UAC alert when starting Visual Studio as administrator, etc, is a PITA. I for one turn UAC completely off! It's a stupid annoying and useless prompt, IMO.

As I stated previously in a lounge post, Chris needs to make a lapel pin or something similar that stands out and can facilitate meeting other inhabitants of this site in public. It's useful swag for a site like this I think. It could be as simple as Bob on an orange background. Maybe there could be one for MVEs/MVPs/MV whatevers too. 
There's another possible distinction of note: Most Valuable Whatever.

Steps to reproduce:
- Enter a solution to a Q&A question.
- Wrap some content within <pre>...</pre> tags.
- Observe how the answer editor preview correctly color codes comments.
- Submit the answer.
Expected result:
The color coding shown in the preview would appear in the submitted solution.
Actual result:
The color coding is ignored.
Example:
ANDROID - retrieving coordinates and displaying on Google maps[^]

It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question

You did not select a language attribute in your opening <pre> tag. I changed it to <pre lang="java"> and it looks a bit better.

Thanks. The preview showed the comments in green even when I hadn't selected a language. I assumed the preview was WYSIWYG, so maybe that's a bug.

Who is flagging my messages as spam?

Nobody.
Your messages are being caught by the automated spam filter, and held until a moderator can review them.
The filter works on Bayesian probabilities. There is no way to know why it thinks your messages might be spam. And even if there was, making such information public would be a useful guide for real spammers to avoid the filter.
It can seem annoying. But trust me, you don't want to see what this site would look like without the automated filter!

Ok, thank you for your reply. I see now how it works Because everybody who can post has to be code project member for some time, I was thinking that some of the support just hide some messages for fun After all, the comments for new articles are not so many, at least in the beginning.

Don't do that. If the moderator rejects the first copy for some reason, they'll also reject the second copy. And posting the same message multiple times will make it look more suspicious.

Hopefully the UI tells them that their message is in the moderation queue. Else there is no reason why they'd not want to try again.

So I guess we can all agree that if system allows registered and logged users with some reputation to post messages, which are not flagged as spam, this will make things easier.

No, the system looks at the message, and uses heuristic and other processes to estimate how likely it is that a message could be spam. It doesn't "target" members, unless they show a history of "spammer-like" activity. Heck, it sent me to moderation for a while but happily let me approve them ...
Just post "normal" messages for a while, and it'll get used to you and moderation will reduce and / or stop. But start posting dodgy links and you will find it is remarkably effective, even if you have a "good posting history"!
It may seem like a pain, but before it was introduced we had problems with flood spam - to the point where you couldn't see anything else - and the originators keep on trying most days to get their cr@p though. Unsuccessfully.

You actually can be pretty close. The name with Cyrillic letters, which I use, is kind of our version of Ordinary Joe, although little bit more funny, i.e. so maybe when some other people in other forums use it, they can actually be posting spam. And from there the spam score here increases as well.
