For example: I want to allocate an equal amount of time to a set of items: 75 minutes, or 4500 seconds allocated to 41 task, giving me 109.756098 seconds per task. Is it possible to program this kind of timing precision on an iPhone? If I include the two files in stdafx.h or MyDlg.h, it's all right until calling CoCreateInstance to create a IImageFactory. If include them in MyDlg.cpp, it's ok, but in this way I can't define ImageInfo/IImage/... as a member object. Any solution? Thanks very much. You will need to purchase a third party component to do this (assuming you don't want to make your own word document loader from scratch). You need to choose a platfor (Windows Mobile, Symbian, so on....). You also need to have an understandin of web services. Assuming you are using C# you can just use the POOM classes to retrieve and create contacts on a phone. Once you become familiar with it your remaining task would be to create a web service that you would use for retrieving and saving contact information. I have used the PIC32 family and decided to try it. I copied all the C code from the authors website into MPLAB and tried the code to see if the output matched the author's first 1000 random numbers with the test seed. However, my numbers aren't matching up. The first two random numbers I get are 0x202783B6 and 0xB3173E1E. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this or seen any articles about using the MT on a PIC Micro. BTW I am using the MT19937 version. Thanks in advance. I made use of it with Windows Mobile here: Using the Skyhook Wireless XPS Positioning Service in Managed Code[^] Some one else on the CodeProject made use of Google to infer location from cell tower ID. See his project here:Learn How to Find GPS Location on Any SmartPhone, and Then Make it Relevant[^]. If you plan to make something for commercial use then you may not want to use this method since it is not clear if this is allowed by Google's terms of service (there may be licensing issues). There's also OpenCellID.org to consider.
