One thing I notice is that this favicon doesn't show on IE if this url is not in favorite list.
For example: http://codeproject.com has favicon. If we call this site on IE, favicon doesn't show. Then, I add it to my favorite. After that, the favicon is shown.
Do you have any idea about this?

IE7.0 it will show... Are you using IE6.0 ?

First you have to understand the format of how favicon tag. Then write a regular expression and get these tags from your requesting page and show that

Hi
I have to print 14col x 3 rows = 42 labels from my asp.net. I use Xslt transform to display the labels in the aspx page and label width and height also specified in xslt. Also i use style sheet to set paper size a4, and margins,,. When the resultant page is sent to printer from the IE-->Print the Height of each row is shrinked. Any suggestions please.

I have done this in my application using Update panel
In my application I have three textbosex to add multiple agent
I have taken these three textbosex in Gridview.
In page load event I take one variable called dealer and assign value 1 and take it in viewstate and call function BindGrid
In bindGrid function I define one arrayList
Like this
ArrayList arr=new arrayList();
dealer=(string)vewistate["val"];
for( int i = 0; i < dealer; i++ )
arr.add(i);
Gridview.datasource=arr;
gridview.Databind();
Now Onclick of button
I increament value of viewstate and call bindGrid function
By this u can bind gridview multiple time
Note: Take gridview in update panel and use trigger for button event

How many controls are there?
U can take many controls in gridview and It is so simple to use

Easy way would be, getting column id where you want to create control. Use InnerHTML property of that object and assign <input type="text" id="someid" value="somevalue>. This will add a new control. I thing you can get value of this textbox in the server by looking Request.Form["TextBox"].

Problem is not only Textbox i have Dropdown control items of which are not static ............
What i did is initially i have put all the controls in div tags and i am calling
javascript to make those div tag visible one by one

A small suggestion, you can use display instead of visible. Display won't show the whitespaces and also resizes the whole table..

In a normal Asp.Net Page we can call a Event Handler with the __doPostBack Statement. in example : __doPostBack('Button1_Click','')
but when i use Masterpage, that dose not work correctly.

It was not working becoz the id of button will be change on content page
Make property of Button Id in master page
and call that property In content page U waill get Id of That button and then can create event of button with Id

I am developing an application using ASP.Net+C# with back-end SQL Server2000.
users data table is available in SQL Server2000. how to authenticate the users who are available in SQL Server using Login Authentication control. i want to write the code only in front-end in ASP.Net using C#.net application . Also if i copy the url and paste the url in another page the home page is being getting accessed. i want to prevent the accessibility if any body paste the url by copying the url and pasting it in another internet explorer

Use session variables to store the login details of the user.
And when your home page loads, check if these session variables have acceptable values, if not, redirect to login page...

You should use one Session variable in your basepage. You should check whether this is authenticated user or not. Since the code is written under basepage, it will automatically check the user in each and every pages' load.
Some people use Cookie to handle that thing instead of Session.
