Because that what you have to be to use the Rockstar emblem editor ...
It's driving me nuts. You used to be able to import an SVG image but they nerfed that when people started using pr0n (which to be honest was pretty predictable). So instead, you have to duplicate you image using the built in editor which is very frustrating as it only works with predefined shapes - none which are exactly what you need. And since teh resize steps are huge instead of smooth it gets worse.
I've got some of Bob done, but it's really hard to get it right - I've still got his arms and legs to do, but I don't like the pupils at all and will probably have to do them differently.
I'm taking a break - my eyes feel like they have been recently sanded.

What's the final result? (I looked at the "emblem editor" ... I'll stick with Paint in its various forms).
For images and icons these days, I scale down images I find; then tinker at the pixel level; and have gotten results I'm happy with.

I have done the same in several moments and I mostly was happy with the results.
Used Gimp to make the transparecies and a couple of other effects to the image I wanted to use, and then "iconized" the result.

Yep, me too - Paintshop Pro is a good tool.
But you can't do any of that in the R* editor.

Well, I'm certainly a graphics expert. But before I slam the door on any definition of "graphics" (egressing, that is) eligible Cpian viewers must have storks nesting on their chimneys or cranes up to their knees in the hypoxic mud of a polder in order to proceed to message: Scan Me[^].
Yes, there is better information further up the superflux but resistance becomes too much of a factor and I guess that's where masochism comes into play.

The idea of that is that it's a friendly place, where we can have fun, find someone to do a heist with, maybe learn something, whatever - without griefers and modders, hopefully.
There will be a "proper" club emblem (once I persuade the R* editor to cooperate) but don't hold your breath - I'll get it done, but not this weekend! The "crew colour" is set already - CP Orange!
