Yes, this year they were delicious, especially considerating that we didn't prepare them traditionally in oil, but in the air-fryer instead. A lot healthier too !

We just heat them up a few minutes in the air fryer again, the outside tastes a bit dry compared to traditional oliebollen, but if you want you can put a some oil on them.

Poffertjes are smaller and typically baked together in a special cast-iron pan with a lot of small indentations. They are like mini pancakes ...

By summing up my achievements back in 2017, I’ve come to the conclusion that the end of this year was very successful and lucky for me.
