It seems to happen with profiles after the member has been spanking a lot of spammers. Earlier today I reported 22 spam profiles and removed 227 spam posts from the moderation queue - my profile is currently not listed in "Who's Who", but the Griffmeister is back.

Hi All,
The light on parents has finally dived off the wall. Looking at it the plastic polymer chains broke down with eposure to UV. Also the toilet flush broke over the weekend was fixed using a metal coat hanger and some bad language  ,when I get back to my residence I need to clean the bathroom. Also I need to ask I always though Go! was a play language for teaching rather than steel chewin, hard as nails for industry use, saw my first advert for a Go! programmer today.

Just a thought - many of us do this to pay for food and shelter for ourselves and families. Messing with someone's code (and the possibility of very bad consequences to their career) seems like a rather ill-conceived method for getting a giggle.
Most of me never wants to grow up - I've been rather successful at it, BUT when your holding that first baby appears, your world view has to and will change a great deal.

Following my earlier post about quantum entanglement, I thought I'd post about one of my favourite physics books here in Pete's Book Of The Whatever[^].
If you've ever wondered what theoretical physics would be like if explained by Douglas Adams, I can heartily recommend The Universe in Your Hand: A Journey Through Space, Time and Beyond eBook: Christophe Galfard[^]. I didn't find this a quick book to read, not because it was dense or inaccessible; rather I found it took time because the author would present something of such breathtaking and shattering profoundness that I would have to go away and ponder it for a while because it challenged my view of things I thought I already knew. Then, just when you thought you'd got your head round that, he'd go and do the same again. I mean, I had never really appreciated what, fundamentally, magnetism is until I read this; I realised afterwards, just how shallow my A level physics really was. I really do wish I'd gone on to do the degree I really wanted to do, astrophysics.
