You're right, I don't know the back story to this - the chap may have been going through a lot of personal turmoil at the time, it's cheap making a joke out of this

I imagine it was more to do with snotty staff than any problem inherent in the chap himself.
And they'll be even snottier, in future, because now they've had a "victory" over someone they've driven to violence.

Now that I have a cleaning lady 
No more vacuum cleaning, mopping, dusting, descaling, and the only windows I've ever cleaned are on the computer anyway.
She'll be coming first time next week.
Can't wait to invite guests without worrying about when I last cleaned the toilet

I'm busy cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, etc. Seriously considering getting a cleaning lady, sometimes it's really worth it to pay someone else to do the dirty work. Plus it's job creation. Just difficult to find trustworthy ones where I live.

Always keep "Get well soon!" cards on the mantelpiece - visitors will assume you have been ill and too unwell to clean...
