Hi Buddies,
I'm from Brazil and my fiancee moved to Germany to study by a government program for one year and a half.
I'm looking for companies that would accept me working from home that will give me flexibility to stay with her in germany, in Aachen especifically.
If you guys now how to help me in someway, I would really appreciate.

Why would you want to work from home ? Getting a job in a foreign country is not easy, so starting right away with such constraints will not help you much...

I tried some companies, but almost all ask me for a visa and I don't have one. As I'm a Brazilian, I can stay only for three months in a european country  with a tourist visa.

If you don't have a visa, you can't work in Europe at all, from home or not.
If you are caught, the fines for the company are large, you will be deported, and banned from re-entering for a number of years.
This is why companies want a visa: if you haven't got one, they are in big trouble if they employ you in any capacity.

Because of that, I thought that working from home for some company will be the best. I can travel to Germany stay for three months and after travel to some other country out of the schengen agreement and stay for more three months and get back to germany again and stay for more three months and so on.
Home-office here in Brazil is not very commom like are in others countries.

No...if you have a tourist visa, you can't work. Period.
And immigration are used to the swap-countries-and-come-back idea: they will probably spot you and get rather unpleasant about the whole idea...

Are you 100% sure about that? Like, is the German law that restrictive?
He is actually travelling on vacation to stay with her and doing work for a company when necessary that is not from that place.
Otherwise people who travel abroad shouldn't even answer the phone. And I've been to other countries that was not an issue.
Just saying, each country may have different views of what is a work visa for..

Germans love rules:
It is an offence punishable with a fine and points on your licence to run out of petrol on a motorway.A "quiet time" is observed between noon and 3pm when it is forbidden to mow the lawn.It is illegal to wash your car at home - you must use a car wash.It is forbidden to hang washing out on Sunday.It is illegal to wear a mask while on strike.You can be fined 20 euros for calling someone an "arse" but 5,000 euros for calling an official a "little Hitler".So I think you can assume they are as hard - or harder - on illegal workers!

I think the best you can do legally without getting a work Visa for Germany would be a job in Brazil that's flexible enough to let you visit her in Germany regularly. Failing a full time job like that short term contracts would be a possibilty; but I don't know how readily available that is where you live.

She left you for a year and a half... ? I think you should break the engagement. If you guys can't make major decisions together (let alone little ones), it's not going to work out well.

So invest in good webcams, and skype lots - 18 months isn't too long if you are both committed to the relationship.

Serously??
You're reading way too much into what he wrote. Having to relocate temporarily for graduate school is not an uncommon problem; and it seems clear to everyone else that Acaz is trying to find a way to avoid a long separation while still being able to work. The international bit just makes it more complicated since it keeps him from being able to get a job where she's going to school, and makes frequent weekend visits impractical.
