You mean, legally?
Politicians are always realistically manoeuvering for the next election. They are obsolete as fundamental problem-solvers.

Don't know who he is - though Chris might be able to tell from the school IP I guess.

Maybe the guy should send his tutor the Article FAQ and explain the moderation process to him. I read the comments on his article and got the impression he thinks we must 'approve' because its homework....yeh right!
And why do I suspect that anything that does get approved will get upvoted by the rest of the class?
I often think that the moderation process needs to be upped to higher level members.
I still see stuff that I have commented on needing formatting fixed etc. and two minutes later it is approved in the same state.

Indeed, having one "approve" outweight dozens of comments/votes/reports is bad. Plus the comments get removed. Horrible.

Don't know - somewhere in Iran I assume. Again I suspect Chriss could narrow it down a lot, but I don't have access to that info.

I suspect it is: Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic

I just Hope That it is Not a Swiss Guy, could eventually be my fault for telling my Tutor about The CP?

No it is not, definitely Iran.

Puuh, lucky me. I documented my final project here, but it seems to be good enough to get 5* votes. If it wouldve been a Swiss Guy I'd offered to have a serious talk with him.

There must be something in CP "legalese" that prevent using CP as a homework dump.
I'd rather be phishing!

They may have trouble with reputation points. It can be one step forward three steps back.

And furthermore it could adversely affect other developers from the area.

hows that? by others ganging up and downvoting ?

If some of us downvote anything from anyone whose profile says "Iran (Islamic Republic Of)".
Mind you, I wouldn't.

I find it strange that a vote of 1 or 2 is the same as a single down vote.
You loose points.

Send me the email of the tutor.
We could actually do this properly.

Is trying to take a chewtoy away from a pack of rabid dogs really a good idea?
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
