Can you provide a few more details? Are you talking about starting another storyboard when the first storyboard reaches a particular time? Easiest method might be to break the first storyboard up into two parts and when the completed event fires on the first half your could start the other storyboard.

Well, I used to work Flash. With Flash we could run a method on a specific frame , for example when the animation reach to frame 20 a method run.
Now I wanted to know ,we can run a method on a specific second in a specific storyboard ?

Hello,
i've some problems binding decimal values (double) with the TextBox or TextBlock control. The value is showed with the english decimal separator ( . ) and not the local one ( , ) This is an example:

The same problem appears when i create a property in my classes then return (via the get function) a value calculated on the fly. If i bind directly the control with a double property without the get/set functions it works correctly.
Do i need to set somewhere the culture? I've tried to change it in the project settings but without solving anything.

If you use binding you need to make sure that you properly create the WPF compliant properties in the code. The syntax is slightly different than regular properties that only work with non-WPF controls.
Normal property:
public string Test
{
get;
set;
}
I following code is WPF compliant for interaction with binding (also found in this MSDN article[^]:

DependencyProperty.Register(

I got the hint. I've started putting one together. Who knows, it might even get turned into an article.
However, it's not going to look like the standard folder dialog (unless you want it to). It'll be a styled Folder dialog control.

Way back when I start my project I wanted to do a custom one but I just didn't/still don't have the experience to do something like that yet. So I reluctantly used the OS one.
I think this control will go down REALLY well with the WPF peeps at large, its jarring to the user to go from a nice UI like WPF can achieve to a ghastly old looking dialog.

That's kind of the thought I had. There's a lot of work needs to be done in the browser integration P/Invoke stuff and all that, but I like the thought that we can have a WPFy version.

Absolutely agree.
It was precisely this OS level integration (P/Invoke stuff) that concerned my attempting it. The permutations involved in this kind of dialog are not to be underestimated.

What about OpenFileDialog? I couldn't find anything in WPF. Should I use Microsoft.Win32.OpenFileDialog? It works but not suitable for Great WPF

the use of OpenFileDialog as a folder browser. Look in the blog

I tested it - it works, I just didn't like it....a real folder picker
is better IMO.

following initialization properties and associated functionality:

public string InitialFolder { get; set; }
public string InitialExpandedFolder { get; set; }
public string OKButtonText { get; set; }

I was mentioning to Pete a couple weeks ago how I
often have problems working with XAML in Visual Studio
which kept me kind of discouraged about using it, and the
wonderful add-on tools available from him and Karl.
This morning, after a couple weeks of error-free development
and really getting into the VS designer (over Blend), again I
couldn't work with any XAML files. Visual Studio crashed before
I got through my first cup of coffee.
Time to report this to MS. It took about 30 seconds to find the
already-filed bug report (don't know why I couldn't find it months
ago...wrong keywords I guess).
Here it is:
WPF Designer fails to load in VS.NET 2008 SP1 (RTM)[^]
The workaround fixed me instantly. I never imagined setting the startup
project to a Win32 or MFC project would be associated with the XAML designer.
I never made that association while I was working - it just seemed random.
Maybe this will help someone else (or maybe I'm the only one that still works
with native projects)
