That would appear to be abuse rather than spam, but the question is gone, so I can't tell.
But...your link doesn't work as intended - it takes you to the "you have reported this member" screen, which doesn't have a "Report" flag.
Try this:

Sorry about that. I have updated the post.
And yes, from the question title, it seems like a Abusive post. But question description had one sentence repeated many times, as we see in spam posts. So, it was a spam, if you believe me.
Thanks,

Oh, I believe you! That's why I hit the abuse button on him...

Nope - just means it's been removed with extreme prejudice!

Odd - Usually the content stays there, visible to those who have protector permissions at least?
Like this one[^]...
I will never again mention that Dalek Dave was the poster of the One Millionth Lounge Post, nor that it was complete drivel.

That one is closed - not deleted. Delete is a bit...more vigorous!

I'll add it to the list.

Alright, let's clear this out.
How about we two make a new start? I admit that my behavior wasn't above all doubt, still I'd appreciate if you can stop accusing me of being slow, or add anything I do (or don't do) to a list.
I'll make a start: Hi, I'm Marco - Nice to meet you.

The problem being is one of your first actions in coming back was to vote a non-abusive message, as abusive, resulting in my old account being removed.
That doesn't convince me you want to make a new start.

@Sean-Ewingtonn : Can you please prove to him that I did not vote on any of his Messages (or his old account) after my return?
As I *could* say everything here, let the staff prove what happened and what didn't happen. I did not report your account, nor your messages and I'm sure that Sean will be able to prove this since CodeProject logs report actions.
If you are not tempted on believing me or Sean, you still can drop Chris an email and ask him the very same, even though the answer will not differ.

Are you saying you didn't vote with Dropkicked Murphy also?

I can't vote with foreign accounts - Apart from that, it seems like that account can't even report stuff because his Reputation is too low. But if it pleases you, feel free to ask Sean if that Member reported you.

Good point and something I had not considered.

Why should we bother Staff who have better things to do.

Just to prove that DKM can't be the one who reported you:
I created a second account (this one[^]) to test whether new members with a Rep level below 252 can report things.
I put the Screenshot into my OneDrive[^] - Members with a reputation below 252 can't vote for report anything. I also just checked DKM's account, he never had more than 250 rep points, which makes it essentially impossible for him to have reported you.

Nice effort, of course you could have just re-signed in as Dropkick and provided a screenshot, would have been less effort.

You do know you can still see the deleted posts by searching "dropkicked Murphy" don't you?
He knows a lot about Swiss army service for someone from The outer American isles.
