Some more detail is required.

Where are you dragging the text from?
Does the dragenter event fire?
Is the data in the e.Data.GetData?
Is there an error generated?
Have you set allowdrop on the textbox?

Have you stepped through the code to see what is not happening?
Never underestimate the power of human stupidity
