Hi,
In my project I have a requirement to open the dynamically changing weblinks in the same browser new tab or window. For example if my application is opened in IE then when I click an the button it should open the web link in IE new tab or window. Similarly if the application is opened in Mozilla Firefox then on button click it should open in a new Mozilla tab or Window. In this way the link should be opened in the new tab or window of the browser in which the application is presently running.
I have code to open in only IE browser as gven below.
System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("IExplore.exe", NavVideo);
but I want to run in different browsers as I nave mentioned above.
If anyone know solution for this please rely me soon.

The choice is yours whether you want to go for a client side javascript calendar or a server side calendar. If you want to use client side calendar then several javascript,dhtml calendars are freely available on the net. So you can download them and use them on the selected index change event of the drop-down list. If you want to go for any server side control, then either you can use a standard ASP.NET Calendar Control or AJAX calendar Control.

I have created a footer template in my gridview, This footer template contain many dynamically created controls where the dropdownlist is one. I have created the dropdown and assigned a function to it as follows:

selPage.ID = "selPage";
selPage.CssClass = "GVFooterSel";
for (int cnt = 0; cnt < GVDoctor.PageCount; cnt++)

The functions gets fired but i can't able to find the control and access its selected index.
can any help me?

Hi,
In the selPage_SelectedIndexChanged event, you can get the selected index of the control by using the following code:
int selectedIndex = ((DropDownList)sender).SelectedIndex;
I hope it will solve your problem.

Just add a panel in your .aspx page because u need some controls like panel or table or place holder to display the dynamic controls,

Hi experts ...
i am trying develop a application which contain cart not fully functioned ...
in our application the visitor just select the products and we provide add to cart button to him/her then finally the guest ordered items list is send as a mail to admin then admin interact with the guest....
the problem is we are using xml file for storing ordered items i think this is not the way
just suggest me how to design ...

In over your head? If you have a paying client, I strongly suggest you tell them the truth now (i.e. you aren't able to provide a viable solution) before the excrement hits the fan. Hi All,
I have table with 3 fields id , status and Name...
I have 3 or more label boxes in my header. I getting data like,
"select id, Name from table1 where status = 1"
My data are,
id Name
1001 AAA
1002 CCC
1003 SSS
My code is

It shows only the last data...I know i have to assign values to lblmessage1.text and lblmessage2.text and so on..
But i do not know how to fix it...
I am fresher and new to sql....Give some samples

Hi,
You have told that you are using three or more label controls to display three rows picked from the database tables. As far as the code that you have posted, you have started a for loop and it binds the value with the lblMessage control. So it is pretty clear that the value which is getting bound to the lblMessage control, is getting overwritten each time the for loop runs. So at the end of the loop execution, the label is showing the last result only. 
Suppose, you have three controls like lblMessage1, lblMessage2 and lblMessage3. To achieve the functionality referred by you, just try the following code:

if(i==0)
{
string text1 = obj.Tables[0].Rows[i]["id"].ToString();
string text2 = obj.Tables[0].Rows[i]["Name"].ToString();
