It specifies the various service behaviors that occur during runtime" in quotes, and you will see lots of results. At least one of the diagrams has been copied from WCF - Architecture[^]

I did take a quick look at them, and they did not have the "plagiarised" feel to them. A couple of quick searches, but nothing in depth, did not produce anything conclusive.
