Are you asking me if I believe that a person could actually become addicted to coding, or are you basically just asking asking me if I really really like coding?
You know, like when people say "I love cheese on toast, I think I'm actually addicted to it"

In your definition of addiction, coding would be seen as a "rewarding stimuli".
If your question is, is coding rewarding stimuli, I would have to say yes it is to me, I'm sure there are people that don't find it rewarding.
If your question is, is coding addictive, I would have to say that it depends if you're an addict or not, and if you are, whether you chose coding to be your drug of choice. If you are an addict and coding is your drug of choice then coding is addictive to you. It is also not some statement that you can make in a general manner. E.g. are all women 'beaches'?.

Coding is not adictive,
solving problems and achieving what it seems not possible... that is addictive
