Yes, I have a full-time job, but I have wondered the same thing about the most active CPians. I check in on CP a couple of times while I am at work, but usually just to see what's up in the Lounge and if there is new spam. I might moderate Technical Blog posts or updates to existing articles - you know, quick stuff. And I obviously read articles or programming answers related to issues I am trying to resolve.
I do most of my damage in the evenings. Right now I am at home, browsing CP as usual while eating breakfast. I am about to get ready to leave for work - the rush hour traffic normally dies down just before 10 AM.
For a while there was this spammer who would post a spam article around the same time every day. I cannot tell you how many times I had just sat down after walking the dogs and eating dinner, fired up the browser to check the CP moderation queue only to find a fresh new article from him. Sometimes less than a minute after it had been posted.
I have a couple of Tips churning around in my head, but I cannot seem to find the time to write them and I really only answer questions if they are right in my wheelhouse or I feel I can make a valuable contribution.

Full-time I would not say.
But...
More stressfull (at times) than the full time job... maybe
M.D.V.
If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.
