Thankfully, my wife does the same. Or more specifically she knows when I am working too hard and moves in to prevent me from continuing.

Until some months ago I had my own (one man show) company.
I worked full time as a consultant somewhere and after I had a couple of side projects that I used to work on until late at night (or early in the morning).
Since June I quitted all that and moved to another contry and now everything is different.
Quality of life improved tremendously and I work something around 8.5 to 9 hours a day and it's done for me.
Although I must say that I don't regret all those hours in front of the computer. With them I learned all the stuff that I needed to evolve.

I always try to search for things that are new to me when I have time, so that I can have more options when choosing what technology to use when the time comes.
