No project goes by the schedule. So estimates are just used as "Eye Candy".
It always gives immense pleasure to reply to your post.

Noops company commit the deadline and we have to finish that project in time. One project takes 1 month of time and company commit client to complete it in 15 days and tell me to do work at home and I did. If I am working on product than I will take care of all such things but if cliental project that we must complete it in time.

Depending on the project it is between a highly creative and a highly knowledge based process, the only other job similar in my opinion is the movie business, where you need creativity in writing the script, lighting, camera work etc. to hauling equipment around, accounting, scheduling, catering etc.
Some jobs are just like "American pie [insert number]" and some are like "Eyes wide shut".

Yes, a programmer's life is hard. The red carpets, the press, the groupies and fanatic fans. But if it were not for the glory, we would live useless lifes in vain. So we better never go to Vain at all.

As a software consultant, I constantly remind myself as an artist, not just because it’s easy for developers who potentially review my work, be able to quickly scale up the application or add on the new features to it, more importantly, make them enjoy the course of the reading the codes/framework and let them believe that our job is not just to fix someone’s problems.
What you say?

Mate - we also consider you an artist. The second word that comes to mind when we describe you is always artist.
