I opted for none, but with some reservations.
I don't mind some videos, but recently there seems to be a trend for much information on websites such as MSDN, especially on new technologies, to be released purely (or primarily) on video, and frequently I hate it.
Often, I find the amount of information in a half-hour video could be absorbed from a text article in a few minutes. Sometimes I just think the organisation involved can't be bothered to actually write the information.
Other cases are not too bad - I've some of the Google/Yahoo videos useful, especially Douglas Crockford on JavaScript. Maybe it just depends on the skill of the presenter.
