We deployed .net application in sharepoint server 2010 and we are able to access all the pages aswellas access the sql server data base also . We tried to access the pages from other machines not the sharepoint server machine . here we are able to access the pages only not sql server access. and we wre getting below. please suggest me on this and it will helpfull to me.

we are using Windows Authentication for sql server connection and in iis we have modified advance settings kernal setting enable true. then we are able to access the data base.
