Nobody responds because nobody can help - or at least based on "it doesn't work" as the only information you give us!
Think about it: you go for a drive and break down in the middle of nowhere. You get out your phone, ring a garage, say "my car broke" and turn your phone off. How long are you going to be waiting for the garage to arrive with exactly the right bits to fix your car?
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind - we only get exactly what you type to work with.
So the first thing you will have to do is to learn how to ask a question, and that's a big subject!
Start here:
Some guidelines for posting questions in the forums[
^] and then read this:
Tales from the Evil Empire - Asking questions is a skill[
^]
Then think about what you are trying to do, and what is preventing you from doing it. Begin to frame a question around that, so that it gives the reader enough information to start understanding where you are at the moment. Then Google! Then refine your question, and maybe post it. Think first, think again, then ask!
In the case of the garage, you'd tell them your name, where you are, what the car is (make and model) and describe what you were doing when it stopped working and what exactly happened when it did. with that, they can send out a truck to pick up the car, or a mechanic with a spare part, or a secretary with a gallon of fuel! Without it they will just shrug and ignore it until you call back.
Just going "It don't work. How do I fix it?" isn't helping anyone: not us because we have no idea where to begin answering, not others with the same problem as you because they can't find your question and recognise it as the same problem, and not you because you can't get a useful solution!
