Open a dialog window using jquery

Hi,
I have an asp.net page with a grid view.i have set up an edit button on the page.
I want to open this page in edit mode in a dialog form without creating a new asp.net page using jquery, with an update and cancel button.
Anyone can help me out creating a popup type window using jquery in asp.net.
