Kinect gestures recognition

hello people
I apologize for the English first.
I'm trying to work on Kinect (in C + +) and i would like to acknowledge the pull method (or back) as the framework NITE doesn't have, or will you have to do everything?

Another question I would like to know how to get a hold to repeat the gesture for example, because I think the menu navigation would be more accessible.
