For C# the following books are good

1. Illustrated C Sharp (quick and easy to under stand the concepts)
2. C Sharp in Depth (for in depth study)
3. C Sharp in Nutshell (for a comprehensive, thoughtful reference)

For SQL server

1. Murach's SQL server 2008 for developers

Follow the Wrox C# and ASP .NET 4.0 and Black Book. And follow me on fb techno hackers group and from there u can download ebooks..i have upload all these ebooks.
