Clearly the OP has not done this search. So should we just downvote and ignore such type of questions?

I'll consider this for new lazy Enquirers, but the OP is new otherwise I would do the same. Cheers.
This should work...
while(true)
{
  while (planes.flying)
  {
    // Nothing happens...
  }

  MessageBox("ALARM!");
  MessageBox("Call the firemen, police and pray for the lives of everyone");
  MessageBox("click OK when everything has been solved");
}

Come on! Give us some pointers... I guess this is homework (if not tell us the airport you are working in) and you should definitely tell us what you expect...

PS: we are not giving codes here, we help people solving specific problems...

Work a little bit more your question and probably you will get a better answer...

Yes, I think this will work well. :)

A management? Yes, kinda. My 5.

Actually, you need educating that such a thing is impossible. Do you have any idea of the number of issues that would need to be addressed in such a project?

Great Richard, but my answer demonstrates that it is perfectly possible to give the code for that minimum amount of work... :rolleyes: my 5 anyway :-D.

Depending on the goal of the "management"... however, OP did not even ask any question, so both answers are well-deserved. My 5 here, too.
