how to program a second mouse for a bot

hello,
I am making a bot for dutchleader.nl
and there is a startex. for this bot I need a second mouse that automattic goes to to abject for clicking but does somebody now how I program a second mouse for the application?

I think you're going to want to investigate "raw mouse".

I googled "raw mouse input" and got back 29.7 million hits.[^]
