Popularity on j2me over other SDK

There is no correct comparison by the following reasons:

J2ME, Java Platform, Micro Edition is a Java platform, can be used on different models of hardware units and different operating systems;

Android is an operating system, can be used on different models of hardware units; in principle it can host J2ME;
see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_(operating_system)[^];
iPhone is a model of a hardware unit; it can… well, you understand;

A question about their comparison in popularity is like a question about comparison of a breed of a horse with a model of a saddle.
