Everything in the form "what's the difference between {0} and {1}", should be considered as non-question. What's the difference between apple and Apple?

If you have a valid question, ask it. What do you want to know about Webserver? IIS (which is one of the web servers)?

Both are one and the same. With IIS, the Windows platform is agile enough to quickly respond to poor health conditions and recycle applications in a more efficient manner

"There is no comparison" is correct, "there is no difference" is not. My 5.

Nothing. IIS is a webserver.
Web server is a general term where as IIS is a web server that has been created by Microsoft.
