How my answer is down voted??
I would start looking up from the documentation[^].

C#
public int GetYearfromDate(string PstrDate)
{
    int LiYear = 0;
    DateTime Lobjdate = Convert.ToDateTime(PstrDate, CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);
    LiYear = Lobjdate.Year;
    return LiYear;
}
