Help me finish this, please! Bobs i know are missing include Independance Day (us), Thanksgiving(s), Remembrance Day, and Memorial Day. I suspect there are others. If you can figure out the names of the directories CP uses for these, pls reply to this with them & i'll update the list...

Yeah... that's the normal one though. I did use The Internet Archive Wayback Machine, but it only had the Canada Day holiday saved, and that doesn't seem to exist on CP anymore. I'm starting to suspect these are not perminant, but are here more because someone didn't delete them when they were done...

I hereby and hencewith transfer the ownership of the following CPian quotes to you, Josh:
"You, sir, are very nearly the most terrifying individual I have ever had the honour of meeting." - Jason Jystad
"You sir, are a nut." - Jason Jystad
You are obviously far better suited to them than myself...
What on satan's green earth were you smoking when you sat down and thought that post up? I'm not going to ask if I can have some this time - I fear my feeble mind and body would not be able to cope with a susbstance of that magnitude.

My man, trully a good cooking happiness point of view
BTW, my wife is adoring the aesthics course and she is taking good grades at it, I got a new job, so the "how even a rock can change the world, simply by remaining obstinately stationary" is giving very good results

And if your dream is to care for your family, to put food on the table, to provide them with an education and a good home, then maybe suffering through an endless, pointless, boring job will seem to have purpose. And you will realize how even a rock can change the world, simply by remaining obstinately stationary.-Shog9

Luckily I finnaly have a colleague to help me out after 1+ year working as a slave ...

Yeah, but it's deserved, it was really a inspired one

Yeah. Every quote that I think is a optimistic view of the world is worth to quote it

...how lazy i am. Honestly. How anyone can stand to be as lazy as i am, i do not know, but i'm managing somehow.

Actually, i don't consider being "lazy" as disgusting at all. Think about it - programming is the perfect profression for those who are lazy. The job of a programmer is to make some task take less work and effort.

No. Programmers are the perfect employees for those who are lazy.

just wanted to let you know that the tree is a nice touch (mind you.. i've no clue how long you've had it there, and if you are really a programmer, then you likely need to go water it afore it falls on something it shouldn't)

But of what value is it? MPDs may enjoy having conversations with themselves, or posting messages for their alter-egos, but it otherwise seems to serve little purpose. I suspect Microsoft is behind it, as no one is better at including useless features in software!
