well the quick answer is 23
because In a group of 23 people, at least two have the same birthday with the probability higher than 1/2.
because (364/365)·(363/365)·...·(343/365) = .493 and
1 - .493 = .507

Puzzle Of The Day
The chances of a tossed coin falling head or tails is almost 50-50 with an extremely small chance of it falling on its edge. Therefore what should be the dimensions of a coin that has a probability of 1/3 to fall heads, 1/3 to fall tails, and 1/3 on its edge?
What is one supposed to do after reading this, You could of course pretend you haven’t read it but then who would know you didn’t?
The problem with these kind of problems is they look so easy and will stick to your mind till you get an answer

A 9 digit number which is a perfect square consist of the digits 1 - 9 in some order.
One chance = > exchange the positions of two of them. In three chances the number should look like 123456789. What is this number? Interesting ????

we placed a "+" or "-" sign in front of any number from 1 to 20
1, 2, 3...18, 19, 20
After all 20 numbers have been signed,
I will pay* you in dollars, Math.Abs(value of the sum)
So you have to tell me the best strategy to make the maximum amount of money when the game ends
example i put a "+ sign before 3
1, 2, 3...18, 19, 20
becomes
1, 2, +3...18, 19, 20
then its your chance you put a minus sign before say 15
1, 2, +3...18, 19, 20
becomes
1, 2, +3..-15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
again its my chance
And so on...

okay it depends who goes first.
If you go first - then I should use the same symbol as you with the largest number available and continue to use that symbol thereafter with the largest number available.
If I go first then I should choose a symbol and place that in front of the largest symbol and again continue to use that symbol thereafter.
Assuming that we are placing strategically i.e. you are trying to minimise the magnitude on every move and I am trying to increase it.
Then we have the following minimum wins to me
