I'd never come across the dismal science reference until a ~~couple of years ago~~ 29th March this year[^] ... when it was used in a CCC by Peter_in_2780 Laugh | :laugh:

Having seen that it was clearly econom... something or other it was just trying to stretch it out to 12 letters. It took me a while after econometrics to suss the refreshment = T bit, nice!

Well, Chris posted about it in the Lounge quite a few years back, so it can't be that secret.
And it can only be used by Codeproject users if I recall correctly.

Not sure what time period "back then" entails but I doubt that statement is true. Which doesn't mean that similar problem doesn't exist now but rather that any difference is trivial.

You have to change the polls page filter to "all types" to find it, so the abuse potential is somewhat limited anyway.
