It was charged last night and was fine this morning.
Now it won't turn on, won't boot to the recovery "Bot on it's back", and when I plug it into my PC, Win 10 complains it doesn't recognise it.

Now I'll have to get a new tablet! Any suggestions - Android preferred, no silly Apple devices! Laugh | :laugh:

I would buy it just for the name, and would be the only device with voice commands activated. Chuwi pronounces Chewie... "Chewie, activate the hyperdrive, NOW!".

The real beauty of them is that they have two Full-Sized USB ports (one of them USB3)!

And the battery is solid enough to use an external disc for more than a short time (forever, if you plug in the charger).

That makes a Hell of a difference.

I'd also suggest one of these[^], to complete the package.

I ordered one of these Chuwi Hi12 Keyboard[^] at the same time - it's designed to work with it.

I also ordered a cheap Amazon Fire tablet to tide me over 'til the big one arrives from China ... Laugh | :laugh:

I almost got one of those, but it's short of keys, and I don't find little bluetooth keyboards very comfortable to use.

The gamepad style suits me down to the ground -- no more sitting up at desks to use a tablet, for me!

I'm using an (older) NEXUS 7 from Google.
Still works fine, and you always get the newest android version asap.

Do you have Android SDK? May be you can bring it back to life through ADB.

Windows won't let me - it claims the USB device malfunctions, so "ADB devices" doesn't even list it. Frown | :(
