I have absolutely no idea.
It depends on the day, anway: we tend to get a spambot wave about once a year, and that can be thousands of spams a day. On the other hand, some weekends you can count 'em on one hand.
If I had to guess, a "normal day" would be less than 100, but more than 20.

I ask because I occassionaly read the Spam and Abuse area and your name along with both the Richards is always shown lots of times

It doesn't take long, and it helps keep the site alive - ads pay the server and staff bills, so if too much spam gets through it could impact the paying ads, and possibly make the site non-viable.
Plus, when we do get a spam wave you can't see a damn thing on the site except sh*t.

LG had a commercial monitor that they were looking at bringing to market that used lenticular panel like those cards in cereal boxes. Made the image appear up to 50cm in front of the 42" monitor. The trouble was that your eyes were bending to see the image and after 5~15 minutes your eyes began to hurt.

i just now learned of ai economic forecasting/modelling . this could/may/should lead to replacing the Central Bank w/ ai . incredible . further even the tax code could/may/should be composed by ai . all to maximize the +'s and minimize the -'s . incredible . a brave new world . we will soon be living in a sci-fi movie .
