I just got the Logitech MX Anywhere 3 mouse and MX Keys keyboard. It was an early Christmas gift from my wife since my wireless Logitech mouse from (bought in 2003?) died. I much prefer wired mouse and keyboards, but what I really needed in my life was devices that could switch from one computer to another easily. A KVM (without the M) would add a lot more cables to my already buried desk.

* I haven't had any issue with sleep/wake states.
* I got the Anywhere mouse instead of their more expensive one because I use a left-handed mouse. No one makes ergonomically correct left-handed mice.
* It has a software feature for switching between computers, but also a hardware option. Hardware has no issues. Software works, but sometimes it takes a second to switch.
* They are non-replaceable rechargeable batteries. A thunderbolt cable is used to charge them. I figure when the battery goes, then I have a wired mouse & keyboard again.

I've overall happy with my new toys.
