A sit stand desk can help (mine is an "Ology" from Steelcase). Maybe you won't like to stand to work, but at least you will be able to adjust the table height to your needs. I have the sit and the stand positions stored in the controller and sometimes it helps standing. But it ALWAYS help having the table at YOUR height.

A good chair can help too (mine is a "Sayl" from Herman Miller but I should have got the "Aeron", the "Cosm" or the "Embody"), you can look at the Steelcase chairs too (the "leap" model seems to be the most renowned in their series).

But the best thing you can do is to reinforce your muscles in your back.
