Familly and people living at the same address are allowed to be more than 2 persons.
Pretty much the same here

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

It's the same at most stores where I live in Canada.

Yep, same as Griff.
Every lockdown I've seen allow going to at least the supermarkets and pharmacies and booze shops.
We also have smaller local food store open like bakeries, butcher shops, fruits and veggies open.
Most have the usual rules, queue outside, 2 meters apart, limited to 6 or less clients inside at the same time.
I'd rather be phishing!

The one woman waited until the police had left, and restarted her party.
So she finished the celebrations in a gaol cell.

Except that the cells are overcrowded and don't allow for distancing.
Apparently, many jails in the US are releasing people early to try to alleviate this.
But year, WTF? People are dumb.

Well I've never considered myself right wing, but surely to God we have some uninhabited islands around our coastline. Ship 'em all over there and go and collect the survivors in three months.
As I've not heard a single comment/quote/announcement from the Home Secretary during this period, perhaps I should offer my services in the role ...

You really can't protect people from their own stupidity...
One of the reasons for all the hype in the US media regarding COVID-19 is specifically for that targeting of young people who are not listening and are causing the virus to spread unnecessarily further as with the situation in Florida.
Luckily up here in New York, everyone is doing their job to stop this outbreak, even many of the young people I see are following the health guidelines.
But we still have a lot of very stupid people in the States who still believe Fox News is accurate reporting...

Lock 'em up in close confinement. There is a particularly Darwinian thing going on in jails and prisons under the coronavirus.
No, wait. That's giving Darwin too much of a hand. Just fine each partier a big 'ol fine and send them back home to incubate the virus they got from the party crowd.
It's not polite to wish death on people.

I am not trying to defend anyone or anything, I would only like everyone to consider several things:
- what freedoms are people willingly giving up during the Wuhan virus pandemic
- laws are being broken (like right to assembly, free speech etc)
- rights are being violated
- will we return to pre-pandemic life when this thing blows over?
It's one thing to make a party during a pandemic, and a completely different thing to sit in a park 5m (app 15ft) from the nearest person, and getting removed with an excuse: you are not jogging; and then accused of spreading the virus even you aren't infected. Even worse example is calling the police on a guy that's coughing, and it turned out the guy's a smoker, or even weirder, calling the police on the guy that was coughing cause a fly flew into the guy's mouth while yawning.
Who's more stupid, people that are making a party during a pandemic or people that blindly obey every government's decision is debatable.
All I am saying here is: think ahead, and be careful people, pandemic is not the only bad thing that's happening.

I am amazed to say that Neath Port Talbot council did just that between Monday and this morning - normally they leave it for six months so they can have nice big children of their own before they send a man with a bucket of tarmac ...

We have been waiting more that two years, and last week they did a complete resurface of about 500 yards of potholed road.

You only get to wait 2 years before they repave your roads--better yet, a resurfacing job??
Where I live, we're lucky if it's once every two decades. There's been talks going on for all my life of widening a highway, and I'm nearing 50.
What is this magical place you speak of?

Ha, ha. This is not the norm, but the council find they have nothing else to do at the moment.
